Hi, I’m Adam Radly. I’m the founder of OCW.

We set up this YouTube channel to help recruiters make more money.

Let’s get started by talking about exactly how you can use OCW to increase your productivity and make more money.

Hiring Advisor

The hiring process always involves challenges like figuring out how to attract the best talent, making your client seem like an attractive employer, and dealing with counter offers from current employers.

You can ask the AI any question relating to the hiring process or select one of the 20 Quick Start questions. The AI won’t give an immediate generic response.

It will ask you some questions about your specific circumstances then generate a custom response that specifically addresses your unique situation.

The chatbots on OCW have been engineered to provide custom responses and avoid the generic responses you get from ChatGPT.

Listing the key bullet points for a job description is easy but writing a full job description can be time consuming.

You can generate a job description with this tool by just answering the questions in this form and clicking submit.

Sometimes a job description and a job ad are he same but they shouldn’t be. A job description provides detail about the day to job activities and responsibilities.

A job ad uses sales copy to make the job and the employer appear to be as appealing as possible.

Resume Scoring

Most existing resume scoring systems use keyword search. This inaccurate, outdated garbage.

In case you don’t know, the type of AI used in these tools is generative AI combined with an LLM or large language model.

In simple terms, it can actually read the resume and job description and use actual intelligence to identify how well a candidate matches your requirements.

If you’re not using the technology as a recruiter you must love wasting time, love picking the wrong candidates or love being outdated.

Sorry for being blunt but this like comparing the 1920’s to the 2020’s. As the saying goes, you will not be replaced by AI. You will replaced by a human that uses AI.

For resume scoring you have three options: use our scoring system, use your own existing scoring system or create a new scoring system.

Employer Profile Builder

As recruiters, you get paid when your client agrees to hire a candidate. If you do a good job, the client will use your services the next time they need to fill a position. If you do a bad job, there will be no next time.

So, when you recommend a candidate to an employer, you don’t just have a placement fee on the line. You have several years of placement fees on the line. That could be hundreds of thousands or million of dollars.

So, recommending a candidate is a critical inflection point in your business. It can result in winning millions of dollars of future business or losing millions of dollars of future business. So, you need to hire the best talent possible.

Of course, you can build a database of high quality candidates, you can advertise widely, and hire some very persuasive headhunters.

But none of this will make any difference if the potential candidate has no interest in working for your client.

So, in order to attract the best talent, you need to make the employer seem as attractive as possible.

We’ve created this list of questions that all businesses need to answer because every candidates wants an answer to one or more of these questions. 

These questions need to be answered in two parts. Part one is just providing the information. Part two is using sales copy to actually sell the business and make it as attractive as possible to candidates.

Under normal circumstances, these questions should be addressed on the client’s website and be integrated with a CRM and other tools that will build a relationship between potential candidates and employers.

But, convincing an employer to do all of this can take a lot of time because they have to spend their own time, money and resources to do it.

So, we’ve created a simple and effective alternative. Just get permission from your client to create a profile for them on OCW and use it to address all of these questions (and sell the employer).

This also creates potential for a new revenue stream for you because you can charge employers to manage this profile on their behalf.

Most enterprise clients do a pretty good job with this but there’s still a lot of room for improvement. Most small and medium sized business do a terrible job of selling themselves and addressing these questions.

It seems like answering these questions will be a lot of work but you can answer all of these questions in just a few minutes with AI. You can use the Employer Profile Builder and use AI to generate answers to each question by simply entering some simple bullet points.

Having said all of this, candidates will inevitably end up on your website or your employer’s website or both. They will also look at your social media.

The combination of your website and your social media will impact how interested candidates will be in pursuing a job. There’s a list of critical trust factors that need to be addressed.
